After an exhaustive search for the right partner, Alex chose Beardfish to build and design his website. Daze-Away was a start-up business, so Alex had a keen focus on value for money as well as a pressing need to go live, as the camper rental season would soon begin. Along with affordability, my ability to respond quickly were decisive factors in his choice.

The design is mobile-friendly (responsive) with straightforward, easy-to-use navigation that enables the user to get to the primary content quickly. 61% of consumers are more likely to buy from a mobile-friendly site.

I integrated a tailor-made booking system explicitly designed for the camper rental industry. Daze-Away now has seamless customer flow from first inquiry to booking, payment, and then the camper's collection and return. The combination of the website and booking system acts as the business hub. Streamlining the business processes avoids the nightmarish pain points of running customer communication, taking payments and delivering product across many jerry-rigged unconnected apps.
